IMPRO SCORE / Merav Israel
In these sessions we concentrated on developing group improvisations. Exploring specific elements, ways of seeing, sensing, responding which developed our skills in creating improvised group scores.
DUETS AND TRIOS / Merav Israel
We were looking for refreshing starting points for creating movement material and developing choreographic ideas participants will work with objects. The main task of those sessions was to create duets and trios while working with various objects as inspiration for composition.
CHOREO LAB 1 ‘LIVE AND RECORDED’ / Maïté Delafin
The first part of these sessions was release based technique class with floor-work based in organic movement fundamentals using breath and sound, warming and expanding joints and muscles. During the second half of the session the participants worked on creating instant composition that were performed alongside projected visuals.
CHOREO LAB 2 / Tamsyn Russell
In the four weeks the participants made a short work concentrating on movement and space. Combining set material and material devised by the participants.

ANATOMY: PERCEPTION-CONNECTION THROUGH Feldenkrais Method / Merav Israel
These sessions combined anatomy study with lessons in the Feldenkrais Method.
ANATOMY IN MOVEMENT / Merav Israel
Anatomy in movement focused on deepening the kinestetic sensory experience through movement. Using improvisation participants assimilated information and made new connections thorugh body, mind and image while developing develop self-awareness and self-expression.
Contact Improvisation / Merav Israel
These sessions were led as a lab aimed at developing specific contact improvisation skills to enhance the ability to play with gravity and responsiveness in falls and lifts.
